 Hi, Everyone!

Welcome to my blog! Here, I plan on filling you all in on what I do and my hobbies- sort of like a diary of EVERYTHING. I live in Illinois, United States and have many hobbies including art, archery, hunting, fishing and...I basically do what I feel like seems fun at the time. I'm just going to jump right in, I will be a junior next semester in college and have an exciting internship I start next week, that if I'm being honest, I am kind of nervous about. This has been a dream job of mine and I have been working my tail off trying to gain knowledge and experience. Getting through finals is my top priority right now and I will be done with those on May 14th. Now I know what you're thinking- Doesn't your internship start next week also? Yes it does. Wish me luck! 🙏 

As I had said earlier, I feel like this is what I am supposed to do with my life, this internship is working with wildlife biologists and habitat managers and I have loved that all my life! So the pressure is strong here and I am putting it on myself. What I am trying to get at is that at an internship nobody expects you to be perfect but I feel like I should be. I have to remind myself- If it's God's plan for you to do something, all you gotta do is show up and do your best because he's not going to let you mess up his plan. I am reminded of a verse in the Bible which says "For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you; plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

I hope this encourages you, if you feel called to something go do it. God will not leave you and I know he won't leave me (especially in this week coming up). Stay tuned for more blogs as I will probably have one every couple days or so.
